Our Service Proposition
We have a process that we offer to you for arranging financial matters:
- We come to your home or office at a time that is convenient to you
- We provide identification and an explanation of how we work and the regulations that govern this industry
- We do not make a charge for the initial consultation, unless you ask purely for advice only
- We get paid for advising and arranging, by commission or fees at your option
- We review your current circumstances holistically, and what you wish as an outcome.
- We research ‘the whole of market’ using a research tool(s), or for specialist products, contacting the providers in that market
- We recommend product based on that research and your wishes
- We arrange the product
- We keep you informed of progress, reason for any delays, or do our best to solve problems
- We then recommend a review of your financial situation at least annually
For Investment & Pension Clients
- Having reviewed your circumstances holistically, we shall review your ‘attitude to risk’
- We shall use your Attitude to Risk to build an Asset Allocation using the Watson Wyatt model
- The recommendation will then be scaled, in number and type of funds, to the size of the investment
For those with larger investments, we provide additional services to allow for close monitoring which is a fee or commission based service.
